The Hospitals of Regina Foundation (HRF) is showcasing its new spring home lottery featuring a $1.4-million grand prize showhome located in The Creeks.
HRF president and CEO Dino Sophocleous joined the Greg Morgan Morning Show on Wednesday to talk more about the upcoming draw.
“It’s a well-done home and when I say it’s a well-done home, it’s a great showhome but it’s a move-in home for any family who wins it,” he said.
“It has a huge basement, 4,100 square feet, four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms and finally, my request has come through for a wine room, an actual wine room in the basement.
“It has a walk-in wine cellar. It’s also temperature controlled. We also have an exercise room for those of us who are inclined, but I personally prefer the wine room.”
The home features a luxurious master suite with spa-inspired ensuite. It’s also fully furnished, professionally decorated and landscaped.
Other prizes include a trip to Maui for two weeks, new cars, money, as well as dozens of other prizes.
The winner of the grand prize showhome will also walk away with $30,000.
Money from the spring draw will go towards pediatric care, a prostate assessment centre, a new surgical navigation system, and cardiology support in the region.
