A 26-year-old Regina man is facing 10 charges of weapons trafficking after a 10-month investigation involving three police services.
The Integrated Crime Reduction Team, which includes officers from the Regina Police Service and the RCMP, conducted the investigation into the trafficking of guns and drugs.
The investigation, which also involved the Calgary Police Service, focused on the trafficking of both restricted and non-restricted guns.
On Tuesday, police arrested the Regina man. In addition to the trafficking charges, he’s also charged with unauthorized possession of a firearm.
He made his first court appearance Wednesday.
