A man who allegedly sprayed graffiti on one Regina courthouse was in another one Thursday to answer to mischief charges.
Regina police said the 46-year-old man — who also was charged in January after another graffiti spree — was arrested after police found similar words, phrases and styles of printing or writing that linked seven incidents of graffiti between Nov. 5 and Tuesday of this week.
According to police, the Court of Queen’s Bench courthouse on Victoria Avenue was targeted twice, while a parkade on the 1900 block of Rose Street, a building in the 400 block of College Avenue and businesses in the 2000 block of Broad Street, the 2400 block of Broad and the 400 block of Albert Street North were targeted once each.
The suspect was arrested Wednesday and charged with seven counts of mischief under $5,000, and five counts of failing to comply with the conditions of a release order. He was in Regina Provincial Court on Thursday.
