A man was taken to hospital after suffering a gunshot wound.
On Friday, Regina Police Service (RPS) patrol officers were called to the 800 block of Rae Street just before 9 a.m. after receiving reports that a house in the area had been shot at. Reportedly, ammunition had come through the wall of the home.
No one was injured.
As officers were heading to the scene, a second call came from a different residence on the same block. The caller said that a man at that address had been shot.
Officers arrived at the scene and located the man, then provided first aid until EMS arrived. The man was taken to hospital with serious injuries that were not deemed to be life-threatening.
Regina police are asking for the public’s help as the investigation into these incidents continues.
