Two sections of Broad Street are to be affected Sunday as crews do work overhead and underground.
If the weather allows the work to be done, Broad will be closed to traffic from Victoria Avenue to 13th Avenue between 9 a.m. and noon as a private contractor does overhead work for SaskPower.
As well, starting at 7 a.m., workers are to replace a sewer connection at Broad and Sixth Avenue.
Northbound traffic on Broad will be detoured between Fifth and Seventh avenues, and Sixth will be closed to traffic in both directions at the intersection.
The work is expected to be completed Sunday, but it depends on the weather.
Then, starting Monday at 8 a.m., 13th Avenue is to be closed to traffic between Rose and Hamilton streets as a contractor replaces storm drains on 13th.
The work is expected to take three days, weather permitting.
The City of Regina said transit routes may be affected in all three instances. Riders should check with Regina Transit for bus stop and route changes.
