The search continues for a Saskatchewan man who hasn’t been seen since mid-October.
The Rosthern RCMP is asking people who live along Highway 11 from Rosthern to Prince Albert to check their properties and outbuildings for any signs of Leslie Peesker and any clothing or other items that seem out of place.
Peesker, 48, was last seen riding his bike near a gas station on Highway 11 near Rosthern on Oct. 14. His family said he was travelling to Prince Albert.
He was reported missing Dec. 22.
According to police, Peesker has been known to camp outdoors for long periods of time, but it isn’t normal for him to be out of touch with his family.
He’s described as 5-foot-10 and approximately 190 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes.
Anyone with information on Peekser’s whereabouts is asked to call the Rosthern RCMP at 306-232-6400 or Crime Stoppers at 1‐800‐222‐8477.
