Regina’s bomb squad responded to the Kings Corner Church of God on King Street on Friday after someone threw something through one of the building’s windows.
Regina police said members of the Explosives Disposal Unit were called in to assist as a precaution.
“Officers recovered an item from the scene and the investigation continues,” a police media release said.
The release said police got a call shortly after 9 a.m., that something had been thrown through a window of the building in the 2100 block of King Street.
Police didn’t say what the item was. The only damage was the broken window.
No one was injured. A representative of the church declined to comment.
