Regina police say a 28-year-old man involved in a collision between a pickup truck and a bicycle June 26 has died.
In a media release, police said they were told Sunday the cyclist had died in hospital. The man’s family and the driver of the truck have been informed as the investigation continues.
Police didn’t say if charges are being considered.
The crash happened just before 7:15 p.m. Investigators determined the truck was heading west on Dewdney Avenue and the man on the bicycle was heading south on Garnet Street when the two crashed.
The 31-year-old woman who’d been driving the truck remained at the scene.
Dewdney Avenue was closed for several hours as police investigated.
