A 31-year-old man in Regina is facing more than a dozen charges after he allegedly shot at a home in North Central.
According to a release, police were dispatched to the 1300 block of Rae Street around 7:45 p.m. Monday after getting calls about a man shooting at a house in the neighbourhood.
When officers arrived, the man was still on the street but fled on a bicycle before he could be apprehended.
Police were able to catch up with the suspect once he abandoned the bike he was using.
Officers then deployed a CEW, commonly known as a Taser, to make the arrest.
The man supposedly had a loaded gun, ammunition and other weapons when police searched him.
The suspect is to make his first court appearance on Tuesday for charges such as careless use of a firearm and robbery.
