A 36-year-old man is facing drug-related charges after being caught with a stolen truck on Wednesday morning.
Regina police say around 1 a.m., an officer spotted the stolen Dodge Ram truck in the area of Princess Street and Dewdney Avenue.
Officers tried to pull the truck over in the 3900 block of Dewdney, but the driver refused to stop.
The man ran several red lights before a spike belt brought the pursuit to an end in the Conventry Place neighbourhood.
The man ran but was eventually caught by a police dog and was taken into custody.
According to police, he was found in possession of fentanyl, meth, an airsoft gun, currency and drug paraphernalia.
He made his first appearance in court on Wednesday.
