Broad Street near the Regina Cemetery was closed Thursday afternoon as Regina police investigated a two-vehicle crash in which people were hurt.

Police said the crash happened at 2:15 p.m., between Second and Fourth avenues, and Broad Street was closed “in order to preserve potential evidence.”
A police media release didn’t say how many people were hurt or the severity of their injuries.
Drivers were asked to avoid the area. The road reopened just after 8 p.m.
