A Moose Jaw man is facing firearm and drug charges after being arrested on Tuesday by the Moose Jaw Police Service.
The police say they received a call around 7:15 a.m., about a suspicious man on a rooftop in the area of the Town and Country Mall.
The man was located and arrested for trespassing. According to police, he was found to be in possession of a sawed-off .22-calibre rifle, 55 grams of crystal meth, seven grams of fentanyl and a small amount of LSD.
The man is facing several gun-related charges including breaching a court-ordered firearms prohibition and possession for the purpose of trafficking methamphetamine, fentanyl and LSD.
He made his first appearance in Moose Jaw Provincial Court on Wednesday and was remanded into custody.
