10:00 – This week the Canadian Federation of Independent Business released a report called, Help Wanted: Labour Shortages Threaten the Future of Canadian Agriculture. According to the report, the current labour shortage is impacting the agriculture sector so badly that almost two-thirds of businesses in the farming industry say they are struggling to find staff. CFIB senior policy analyst Taylor Brown, who worked on the report, joins Taylor to discuss what else they found out about the labour shortage.

11:00 – A Herbert, Sask. man has died fighting in Ukraine. Joseph Hildebrand, who served two tours with the Canadian military in Afghanistan, joined Ukrainian forces as they fought against the Russian invasion. Mark Hildebrand, the youngest of Joseph’s three brothers, joins guest host Taylor MacPherson to tell us more about his brother.
