'Considering the circumstances ... this is best-case scenario,' Cole Cusitar said.
The City of Regina is putting snow routes into effect early Wednesday morning, meaning on-street parking will be prohibited on those routes for 24 hours.
The snow routes will go into effect Wednesday at 6 a.m., and are to remain in place until Thursday at 6 a.m.
The parking ban is designed to allow city crews to plow the roads from curb to curb to improve traffic flow and to ensure emergency response vehicles can drive on those roads.
The routes are identified by blue signs with a white snowflake. Vehicles that are parked on snow routes during the ban will be ticketed.
