The Burton Mystery Series is making a stop at Optimist Hill in Diefenbaker Park on Saturday.
The global snowboarding tour will kick off its North American leg in Saskatoon with athlete demos on the hill, giveaways, and a barbecue. The tour is meant to bring awareness to making the sport more accessible.
The Saskatoon stop will feature multiple three-time Olympic medalist Mark McMorris, along with Maria Thomson, Mirae Campbell and Mickey Ciccarelli.
Registration begins at 8 a.m. The event gets underway at 11 and will run until 5 p.m.
The Optimist Club Winter Gala will follow the event at Optimist Hill, and will feature dinner and a Q&A session with the riders, with all proceeds going towards Optimist Hill.
