Christian Albright joins the Roughriders after a stint with the NFL’s Chicago Bears.
The 6-foot-2, 240-pounder signed with the Bears as an undrafted free agent in 2022 and spent training camp with the team.
Albright spent five seasons at Ball State University. He started 48 of his 57 games at the school, recording 260 tackles, 34.5 tackles for loss, 16.5 sacks, 13 pass knockdowns, nine forced fumbles, three fumble recoveries and two interceptions. He earned second-team All-MAC honours in 2020 and third-team All-MAC honours in 2018.
