Police in Regina are appealing to the public for information after a taxi driver was robbed at gunpoint Sunday.
According to police, the driver picked up two passengers — a man and a woman — from a business on Avonhurst Drive at about 5:30 p.m. The taxi operator was then told to stop in an alley off Retallack Street, police said, where the male passenger drew a firearm and robbed the driver.
Police said the pair got away with personal items belonging to the driver. No descriptions of the suspects were available.
