Clouds of smoke filled the air in the 1100 block of Rae Street in Regina’s North Central neighbourhood Wednesday morning after a boarded-up house caught fire.
Regina Fire and Protective Services said in a tweet crews entered the home and got the fire under control quickly.
Crews responded to a house fire on the 1100 Blk Rae St at 7:19am this morning. Heavy smoke on arrival. Crews made entry and controlled the fire quickly. Fire contained to the main floor. All searches completed and no injuries reported. Fire is under investigation. #YQR pic.twitter.com/igiBmk58LV

It also said the fire was contained to the main floor and nobody was hurt.
