11:00 – With the House of Commons passing the motion calling for a public inquiry into foreign interference amid latest Han Dong allegations. We might finally get answers about foreign interference along with testimony from the Prime Ministers  chief of staff Katie Telford in April. Andrew Scheer House Leader for the Opposition and MP for Regina-Qu’Apelle joins Gormley to discuss what the Conservative Party is looking for with the inquiry and testimony.

12:00 – Today is World Tuberculosis Day which is still the second leading cause of death in the world. Even with multi-drug treatment programs available it is complex with unpleasant side-effects and many patients don’t adhere to treatment. Dr. Jeffrey Chen is a Research Scientists at the Vaccine and Infectious Disease Organization (VIDO) at the University of Saskatchewan and joins Gormley to discuss his work on developing a new Tuberculosis vaccine to help with treatments.
