The Mortgage Consumer Survey by Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) showed that only 55% felt their home would increase in value in the next year. Allen Gibson, Senior Specialist and Key Account Management for CMHC, joins Gormley to explain why Canadians are losing confidence in the value of their home.

12:00 – Drones are being used in a new way to help farming in the province. Kaylie Krys, a graduate student at the University of Saskatchewan College of Agriculture and Bioresources, uses drones to help track and record this season’s canola on her family farm. It can show seedling count and percentage of plant ground coverage, and she joins Gormley to discuss how this will help improve farming in the future.
