8:30 – A complaint from Democracy Watch will be filed against David Johnston with the federal Ethics Commissioner for donations to the Liberal Party. From 2006 to 2022, it shows in the Elections Canada’s database that Sheila Block, whom Johnston retained to assist him, has made donations of over $7,000 only to the Liberal Party.
