Regina police have wrapped up what they called an “operation” on Thursday afternoon that had forced people in the area to take shelter.
Just after 2 p.m., police asked the public to avoid the 1900 block of Robinson Street where the “police operation” was taking place.
About an hour later, police issued a second media release saying the incident was over and the public was “free to resume their activities as per normal.”
The release said the investigation was continuing.
