The three inches of rain expected in areas of southeastern Saskatchewan won’t be falling after all.
Just after 9 a.m., Environment Canada issued a rainfall warning for areas around Lampman, Bienfait, North Portal, Oxbow, Northgate, Alameda and Estevan. The advisory said 50 to 75 millimetres of rain was expected to fall by the end of the day Friday.
Just before 11 a.m., the warning was lifted.
