The Hospitals of Regina Foundation offered a sneak peek Wednesday at the showhome available in its 2023 fall home lottery.
The grand prize is a $1.3-million home located in The Creeks, along with $50,000 cash.
The 3,200-square-foot home features three bedrooms, three bathrooms, an open-concept kitchen and dining room, a wet bar and a spacious family room.
The home, located at 4143 Fieldstone Way, is open for viewing until Oct. 20. It’s open Thursdays and Fridays from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., and Saturdays and Sundays from noon to 4 p.m.
Entries for the grand prize will be accepted until midnight on Oct. 20.
The early bird prize is a $750,000 cottage at Echo Lake as well as $10,000. The cottage features three bedrooms, two bathrooms and vaulted ceilings in the great room.
It can be viewed at 61 Aaron Court in Echo Lake until Oct. 1. Viewing hours are Saturdays and Sundays from noon to 4 p.m.
Entries for the early bird prize are open until midnight on Oct. 6.
Both the grand prize and early bird prize will be awarded fully furnished, decorated and landscaped.
Other prizes being offered in the HRF Home Lottery include:
- A 10-night trip for two to Bali or $20,000 (the entry deadline is Friday at midnight);
- A 2023 Audi A3 plus a 12-night European adventure through the Alps in Germany, Austria and Switzerland or $75,000 (the entry deadline is midnight Sept. 22).
- The 50/50 Add-On; and
- The 100 Days of Winning Cash Calendar Add-On, which offers $1,000 daily cash prizes for 100 days.

Tickets are $100 each, while three-packs are available for $250, five-packs are on sale for $375, super packs are available for $575, and max packs are selling for $875.
