Council retroactively slashed $1.33 million in rent owed by the Roughriders.
8:30 – The first-quarter financial report is out from the Saskatchewan government and it falls short. There is a surplus of $485.5 million, but that’s down more than half a billion dollars from the forecasted budget. Donna Harpauer is the Finance Minister and joins Gormley to explain why the government is so far off from its expected surplus for 2023-24.
