It wasn’t a typical scene for Prince Albert emergency crews when responding to a single-vehicle crash northeast of the city Saturday evening.
RCMP and Parkland Ambulance were called shortly before 7:30 p.m. to a scene on Highway 55 at the Pulp Haul Road.
At first glance the car was nowhere to be found until crews realized it had gone into the trees.
Firefighters from Buckland Fire and Rescue joined the scene and assisted in locating the vehicle, which had travelled more than 100 feet into the bush.
Portable lighting and a skid steer were brought in to retrieve the car from the brush.
One person was taken to hospital with unknown injuries.
The cause of the collision was not released.
