A fire blazing from the rooftop of a downtown commercial building broke out early Sunday morning.
Firefighters arrived on scene at 6 a.m., near Pat Fiacco Plaza. Regina Fire crews have blocked off roadways along the 2100 block of 12th Ave.
Crews are continuing to investigate.
