RCMP investigating sudden death at worksite in Arborfield

One man has died after a workplace incident in Arborfield, south of Carrot River.

The RCMP confirmed it was called to the worksite on Tuesday just after midnight.

A 64-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene and his family has been notified.

The Carrot River RCMP continues to investigate in collaboration with the RCMP General Investigation Section, the Forensic Identification Services, the Coroner’s Service, and Occupational Health and Safety.

The RCMP said it’s not releasing additional information at this time.
