A Regina man was ticketed on Wednesday after failing to yield to pedestrians, and hitting three of them.
According to police, officers were called to the intersection of First Avenue North and Broad Street just before 4 p.m. after a report that several pedestrians had been hit by a vehicle.

When they arrived, officers found an adult woman and two children who had been hit, along with the driver who had remained at the scene.
The three victims were taken to hospital for treatment “of what appeared to be minor injuries,” police said.
Police said the 52-year-old man who was driving was given a ticket for failing to yield to pedestrians under the Traffic Safety Act.
According to police, the ticket will cost the driver $230.
