Extreme cold warnings lifted for much of Saskatchewan
The warnings from Environment Canada had covered the central of the province, including Saskatoon, Lloydminster, Melfort, Nipawin, Prince Albert, Tisdale, Warman and Yorkton.
The warnings remained in place for areas in the far north.
According to Environment Canada, Saskatoon is expected to hit a high of 6 C on Thursday.
