Police are working to track down a 28-year-old man who’s facing a charge of manslaughter.
The Saskatchewan RCMP asked the public to report any sightings or information that could lead to Jared Gale. Gale was charged with manslaughter on Nov. 8, 2023, the Mounties said. After a court appearance in La Ronge on Nov. 30, he was released with conditions including electronic GPS monitoring.

“Investigators believe Jared Gale may be in, or travel to, the Prince Albert and La Ronge areas, but his current whereabouts are unknown.”
Police described Gale as five-foot-11 in height, weighing around 269 pounds, with brown eyes and black-brown hair.
Gale, along with two others, was charged with manslaughter in connection with the death of 42-year-old Randy Halkett in La Ronge.
