8:30 – The Saskatchewan budget is set to be released today. 980 CJME senior reporter, Lisa Schick, will be covering its announcement and telling Saskatchewan people the most important parts that will affect their lives. Lisa is at the legislature already and joins Evan to explain what some of the big issues, questions and areas of focus will be in the upcoming budget.
9:00 – A recent news report alleges that municipal councillors in various cities, including Regina, donated to the Saskatchewan Party using taxpayer dollars to gain access to top politicians in the province — including Premier Scott Moe. Evan is joined by Daniel Westlake from the University of Saskatchewan to discuss these allegations.
