The on ramp connecting eastbound traffic on Ring Road to Argyle Street will be closed for about four weeks starting on Tuesday, as the city continues its Water Network Expansion Project.
The closure will allow city workers to install a new water supply main and complete repaving work, the City of Regina explained in a statement. Closing the ramp will ensure workers are not in danger as they complete the upgrades.
“The Water Network Expansion Project is a major project that enables the City to continue meeting the water pressure and storage needs of both current and future residents while also providing a long-term solution to support growth,” the city explained in a statement.
