The search is over as Pelican Narrows RCMP arrested 28-year-old Kendell Ameech on July 22, 2024.
He’s wanted for multiple counts of assault with weapons and weapons-related charges according to RCMP.
These charges were laid as a result of investigations that occurred between March and July 2024 in Pelican Narrows, RCMP said.
In addition, Ameech is wanted by the Saskatoon Police Service for the homicide of Melissa Duquette.

The 24-year-old woman was found in the basement of a home in the 3200 block of 33rd Street West back in April.
Two other men have already been arrested for the seventh homicide in Saskatoon.
The 28-year-old is due in court on July 23, 2024.
