Police in Moose Jaw are investigating after a body was found inside a burning vehicle on Sunday evening.
Officers were called to the scene in the 700 block of Ominica Street East at approximately 8:30 p.m. where they discovered the remains.

While no details about the deceased person were shared, police said their next of kin has been notified of the death.
The cause of death and the cause of the fire are both under investigation, with help from the Saskatchewan Coroners Service, the Moose Jaw Police Service noted.
