The Regina Police Service has now updated a previous release where officers were called to an incident involving a vehicle and a pedestrian at the intersection of Albert Street and First Avenue at around 1 p.m. on Sept. 30 of this year.

The Traffic Safety Act was issued to the driver on Nov. 28.
“Information indicated a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle while crossing the street,” the Regina Police Service said in a statement.
The tickets listed by the police are:
- Failure to yield to pedestrian at “walk” signal [TSA 237 (2) (b)]; and
- Failure to exit left turn in extreme left hand lane [TSA 218 (2) (b)].
The driver’s first court appearance is in January.
