Brandie Bouvier from Regina has been named the grand prize winner for Hospitals of Regina Foundation (HRF) 2025 Spring Home Lottery.
Bouvier’s prize — a Ripplinger-built showhome in The Creeks — is fully furnished, decorated, and landscaped and came with an extra $50,000 in cash.

Jill and Don McDougall walked away as the winners of the 50/50. Don McDougall says that he’s glad to have someone to share his winnings with.
“Well, it’s pretty exciting and I couldn’t do it without my wife. We’ve been a partnership for a long time,” said Don.
Jill said that they never buy tickets expecting to win anything.
“I mean, our health care is very important to everybody and we’ve supported the lottery all along, and for a number of years, purchased tickets, and we have never won a prize before. So this was quite exciting when this happened,” said Jill.
The couple now have an extra $560,900 in their bank account, and Jill said it’s still too soon to know what to do with their winnings.
“We’re still recovering from the shock. Maybe the family will get a little bit of it, I don’t know, maybe travel, I don’t know. It’s a lot of money to play around with, so it’ll take a few days before we figure out exactly what’s going to happen,” said Jill.

Joanna Chisholm was the winner of the Early Bird prize of $100,000 cash.
She says the choice to buy tickets with the Hospital Home Lottery just makes sense.
“I was an OR nurse at the RGH (Regina General Hospital) for years, so I just feel that’s important to do — buy tickets and support the community,” she said.
Brad Heidt, a farmer from Kerrobert, was the winner of the hospital’s Loyalty Prize, winning $10,000 cash.
All lottery proceeds going to support health care in Regina’s three hospitals.
