A police officer was airlifted to hospital by STARS following a two-vehicle collision on Highway #15 on Muskowekwan First Nation near the rodeo grounds.
Muskowekwan First Nation is about 151 km north of Regina.
The collision happened on Wednesday just after 11 a.m.
Officers responded to the call along with local EMS and STARS. Upon arrival, they found a marked RCMP vehicle and truck had collided.

The police officer driving the RCMP vehicle was taken to hospital by STARS with serious, but non-life-threatening injuries. There were no passengers in the police vehicle at the time.
The driver and sole occupant of the truck was taken to hospital by EMS with non-life-threatening injuries.
Highway #15 was temporarily closed but has since been reopened.
