Angus Fox, 32, and Herb Fox, 34, were arrested in Edmonton, AB, on Wednesday for their roles in last week’s homicide in the Normanview neighbourhood of a 22-year-old man.
Through an investigation and with the help of the Edmonton Police Service, Angus is charged with first-degree murder. Herb is being charged with accessory after the fact to murder.
Both Angus and Fox are being transported back to Regina in the coming days. RPS said further charges are expected and a court date will be determined upon their arrival.

When they arrived, officers searched the area and found a dead man lying outside a home.
Officers secured the area and requested additional resources from the Major Crime Unit, Forensic Identification Unit and the Saskatchewan Coroners Service.
