A third person is facing charges in a Regina homicide case.
According to the Regina Police Service, officers were called to the 3000 block of Fourth Avenue, in the city’s North Central neighbourhood, on the evening of July 14, where they found 53-year-old Brando Peji dead.

Peji’s death marked Regina’s seventh homicide case of 2025.
Police later announced that 19-year-old Bradley Gardiner was facing charges of manslaughter and forcible confinement in connection with Peji’s death. Soon after that, the police force announced that 48-year-old Terrina Pelletier was facing a charge of first-degree murder as the investigation continued.
On Tuesday, the Regina Police Service said a third person, 19-year-old Darcy Manitopyes, was also facing charges in connection with Peji’s death.
Police said Manitopyes was arrested over the weekend, and is facing charges of manslaughter, forcible confinement and failing to comply with the conditions of a release order.
Manitopyes made his first court appearance on Tuesday morning, the police service noted.
