A man has been charged with theft from an industrial compound in Regina and RCMP officers are investigating other recent break-ins at several businesses and industrial compounds to see if they are connected.
White Butte RCMP said the man was charged with theft under $5,000 and possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000 after an Aug. 15 incident.
Officers are also looking at the theft of copper wire from a commercial compound on Armour Road on Aug. 22, and break-in at a commercial compound on South Plains Road in Emerald Park, where a financial card was stolen, police said in a statement on Aug. 26.
