RCMP have confirmed that officers are currently working in Richmound.
On Wednesday, a large police presence was seen in the area of the former Richmound school, which has been the headquarters of Romana Didulo and her followers since 2023.

Multiple RCMP cruisers and black vans were parked at the school, and officers entered the facility.
“Saskatchewan RCMP advise there is an increased police presence in Richmound in relation to an ongoing investigation. There is no known risk to public safety,” the Mounties said in a statement.
“We will provide an update on this investigation later today.”
