Saskatchewan RCMP said in a news release on Sept. 5 that Webb-Long had been living in Pelican Narrows around the time of his disappearance.
Peel police said that Pelican Narrows RCMP went to an address where he was believed to be staying, but the home and area had been evacuated for wildfires in the area. A full evacuation order was ordered for the community on May 27.
RCMP said Webb-Long is 5-foot-11 with a slim build and black shoulder-length curly hair styled in braids. Peel police said he was last seen wearing a black Nike Tech tracksuit, black bubble jacket with a hood, grey socks, white Nike Air Force 1 shoes, carrying a black FILA duffel bag with lime green trim.
Peel police said at the time of leaving his home that Webb-Long was considered vulnerable and police and his family were concerned for his well-being.
Anyone with information about Webb-Long’s disappearance or whereabouts is asked to call 310-RCMP (7267). Information can also be submitted anonymously to Saskatchewan Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 or www.saskcrimestoppers.com.
