Within three days, Pierceland RCMP responded to thefts of six vehicles from a business.
On Tuesday and Wednesday, Pierceland RCMP responded to a group of three to four people who stole five vehicles, keys and a significant amount of equipment from a business.

On Thursday night, Pierceland RCMP responded to another vehicle theft from the same business.
A person tried to intervene and approached the business in a vehicle.
“A firearm was discharged at the individual’s vehicle, and the suspects later tried to ram it. The individual did not report physical injuries to police,” read the statement from RCMP.
Pierceland RCMP received assistance from Cold Lake RCMP.
Two of the suspect vehicles were found and fled from police. RCMP believe the suspects fled into Alberta.
Pierceland RCMP advise residents not to approach any suspicious persons and to report them – and all crimes in progress – to police immediately by dialling 310-RCMP, and 911 in an emergency.
Residents may notice an increased police presence in the area as Pierceland RCMP are still investigating these incidents.
Investigators are working to get descriptions of the suspects and the vehicles they may currently be driving, and to locate the stolen vehicles and items.
