Sarah Mills: It’s time for ticket policies that help fans, not scalpers

Live Nation and Ticketmaster are accused of allowing resellers to make billions off of scalped tickets. Sarah Mills says fans have been duped by ticketing policies for too long, and it’s time for it to end.
