A person was rescued from under the Circle Drive bridge Saturday night.
According to the Saskatoon Fire Department Water Rescue Team, it rescued an injured person from the South Saskatchewan River.

The injured person was transported from the water to the shore.
“Patient was transferred to Fire and Medavie paramedics for assessment and treatment. Patient transported to hospital by Medavie with undisclosed injuries,” read the statement.
The scene has since been turned over to police for further investigation.
