The owner of the decommissioned Richmound School that housed the “Kingdom of Canada” had his court case adjourned for another month.
Ricky Manz returns to Swift Current Provincial Court on Nov. 5 — the same day the self-proclaimed “Queen of Canada”, Romana Didulo, is making a court appearance.

Tyson Dahlem, an agent for Manz’s attorney Greg Dunn, told the court on Wednesday that they are still reviewing the disclosure.
Manz’s team asked and was granted an adjournment.
Manz did not appear in court today.
His last appearance in court was on Sept. 18 in Leader. At that time, his case was adjourned to give Dunn time to confirm his retainer.
Manz housed Didulo and members of her “Kingdom of Canada” group at the old school in Richmound for two years.
RCMP conducted a raid at that property on Sept. 3. Only Manz and Didulo ended up charged.
The Saskatchewan Health Authority later forced all occupants to vacate the old school property.
Manz is facing multiple charges, including failing to comply with an undertaking condition, intimidation of justice system participants, three counts of assault, resisting arrest, mischief for damaging a police radio, uttering a threat, and obstructing a municipal employee.
