Regina’s spirit of generosity was on full display this week as this year’s Jack 94.5 Stuff the Bus collected a record-breaking 12,030 lbs of food and raised $53,800 in support of the Regina and District Food Bank.
The donations will provide an estimated 173,427 meals to local families, and will directly benefit the 16,000 people who rely on the Regina Food Bank each month — 38 per cent of whom are children.

“We are incredibly grateful to each and every community member who contributed to Stuff the Bus. Your support goes a long way to ensure the people of Regina have access to the nutritious food they need, especially during challenging times,” John Bailey, CEO of Regina & District Food Bank, said in a news release.
Woody, Jack 94.5 Morning Show host, said Regina “came through in a big way.”
“Every year we see how important it is for families to put food on their tables. The impact of Stuff the Bus goes beyond the numbers. It represents the spirit of Regina—of neighbours feeding neighbours,” he said.
Now in its sixth year, Jack 94.5 Stuff the Bus has become a proud community tradition since launching in 2019. Each year, it brings together listeners, local partners, and volunteers united by one goal: to fill a City of Regina Transit bus with food and hope for local families.
Since its inception, Stuff the Bus has provided more than 576,000 meals to individuals and families facing food insecurity across Regina and surrounding communities — a powerful reminder of what’s possible when the city comes together.
