A third person is facing a charge of second-degree murder in connection with the death of a man in Regina’s Al Ritchie neighbourhood earlier this month.
On Monday morning, police announced that a 20-year-old man is the latest person to be charged in connection with the investigation.

Police responded to a call in the 100 block of College Avenue around 4:30 a.m. on Oct. 13. When they arrived, police said they found a dead man and requested help from Regina Police Service Major Crimes Unit, the Regina Police Service Forensic Identification Unit and the Saskatchewan Coroners Service. No additional details about the victim have been released.
“The investigation determined the death to be a homicide,” said police.
The 20-year-old man made his first court appearance in Regina Provincial Court on Monday morning.
The other two other people charged in connection with the investigation, a 24-year-old man and a 22-year-old woman, made their first court appearances on Thursday.
