Frost Regina is returning for its fifth year.
The annual winter festival will take over the Queen City for the first three weekends in February, including Olympic-themed activities at Mosaic Stadium to tie in with the 2026 Olympic Games taking place in Italy at the same time. The festival will also feature horse-drawn carriage rides, a brewery tour and night skating at Victoria Park.

“Regina is turning up the winter magic with three weekends of Olympic-sized fun, frosty adventures and heartwarming memories,” Chad Bachynski, Regina’s mayor, said in a statement.
“Whether you’re racing your friends at Mosaic Stadium, singing along to Frozen downtown, or sipping hot cocoa in Wascana Park, this city knows how to celebrate winter — and we can’t wait to welcome everyone to the party.”
The 2026 festival will include free and ticketed activities at a number of sites around the city, including downtown Regina, the REAL District, Wascana Centre and the Warehouse District. The city said more details and events will be announced as the festival approaches.
“We’ve added new partners and new activities so that as many people as possible can enjoy this winter festival,” Jennifer Johnson, Regina’s deputy city manager, said in a statement.
“Additionally, almost every location has an outdoor and indoor component so that regardless of the weather, everyone can maximize their time having fun.”
More information can be found on the festival’s website.
